Would you vacation with your ex? Some folks would, some wouldn't. It depends on your relationship with them: can you still trust them, do you still get along, will everyone actually have a good time? These are all good questions to consider.
This dude, u/rduncang, writes that their relationship with their ex-wife has changed throughout the years. Things went well in their post-marriage life at first. However, after a few years, the ex's daughter began stealing from the OP (original poster). That's not even the craziest part, though. The daughter stole from the OP while her mom, the OP, and both couples' new partners were all on vacation together. She basically took advantage of the vacation, knowing that the OP's house would be totally empty for a few days.
Now that this dude had to file a police report, their ex-wife has been increasingly annoyed at them. It seems like she wants revenge, but she knows that her own daughter was in the wrong for stealing.
Not to mention that the OP claims they paid for everything on the trip! If someone is gracious enough to pay for your vacation, you should be properly thankful… but this ex-wife is acting like she's the one who was wronged.
